很多時候

當我們認為只有自己才是唯一擁有真理的解釋權者，
回頭才會發現，其實已經離真理很遙遠了...

倪柝聲弟兄給某同工的一封信

在我的心裏，我一直覺得要寫信給你，但是我怕我的思想不夠成熟，所以一直遲延。我想，現在是時候了，我盼望你能好好地將此信排在神的面前。

1. 禱告會的試探是講道或講話。禱告會是要禱告，話語一多良心就重，禱告會就會失敗了。

2. 講道不要太長或太多，不然信徒的靈就感覺疲倦了。說話的內容要拒絕平常的思想和卑下的話語，除去幼稚的比方和過於普通，使人感覺幼稚的理由。將最結晶的學習在半小時內說盡，不要以自己以為是津津有味者，就是神的話。

3. 神的靈在教會中是不能勉強的。只有你順服他，否則他一不供應膏油，教會就感覺疲倦，可能厭煩。你的靈夠強，在十分鐘內就能「沖過」、「壓倒聽眾」，靈一軟弱，「大聲」、「說威嚇的話」、「用更長的時間」都不能補救反而有害。

4. 作領袖的人，要學習愛人，為別人打算，照顧人，為人舍己，將所有的給人。在人身上若不能舍己，就無法帶領人。學習把所有的給人，也按所沒有的給人，主就要起手祝福。

5. 在聚會中及教會中不要太緊張，教會中的事務，要學習不必這樣多的「躬親」。許多的事可以分配他們作，要他們學習斷案。你在事前給他們清楚的原則，事後看他們有照著而作否。「躬親」太多是錯的。聚會中要小心，不過分顯露，不然弟兄們要處處都覺得是你作的。學習信託弟兄，分散信託。

6. 工人裏面的力量，應等於外面的工作。若勉強、伸張、不從容、不充裕、緊張、缺乏水流、安排和走在主前面，都是不該的情形。裏面豐富時，什麼都是水流而不勉強。你只能是屬靈人，你不能作屬靈人。

7. 在你自己的斷案還未達到可靠的地步，被人聽從是危險的事，主要作工在你身上，叫你的思想受對付，人要破碎才能明白神的心意，才能作權柄。權柄乃是根據於明白主的旨意，沒有主的旨意和心意就沒有權柄。

8. 一九四八年我們在鼓嶺的對付是非常之例外的。工人要多學習，才能起首有對付。若學習不夠，知識不夠，破碎不夠，斷案不可靠，就不能對付人。

9. 要學習不相信自己的斷案，以為對的，不一定對，以為不對的，不一定不對。若能謙卑的學習，最快也需要幾年。

10. 多人的難處，就是不破碎。也許破碎的字句聽見了，但是還不知道什麼叫做破碎，破碎對於事務，就不敢斷定，對於道理也不敢斷定。對人不敢自以為認識，對事不敢自以為能作。不敢作權柄，不要人接受自己的權柄，不敢斷定人是如何，而便宜的應付。破碎就不保護自己，就不有什麼是需要回顧的。

11. 在工作上要學習聽，使徒行傳十五章的教訓，就是聽，聽所有弟兄的意思，恐怕內中有聖靈的聲音，要存心懼怕，不聽了弟兄的聲音，就不聽了聖靈的聲音，所有的同工與長老，要坐下聽他們，給他們絕對說話的機會。要軟、要碎、要聽。

這封信寫得很長了，盼望你仔細在主面前讀過。我知道這些話是難的，我盼望主能破碎你，使你在他手中有用處。
